An exciting opportunity for a Graduate interested in developing a career in Recruitment!WeConnect Energy (formerly known as Subsurface Global) is a specialist contracting and recruitment organisation focused on the energy industry.We have an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture, and we are driven by our motto - 'Challenge the Future'.Our vision is to build a successful contracting and recruitment organisation within the energy sector, focusing niche skills and offering a level of service that goes above and beyond current industry standards.Your role as a recruitment consultant is to continue to grow our business through successful placements of technically qualified professionals within the energy industry.This is achieved through the growth of long-term candidate and client relationships, while developing new business through effective communication, delivery and results.The overall goal is to increase profitability through effective sales recruitment processes.Candidate Generation:
  • Actively generate suitably qualified candidates across specific disciplines.
  • Headhunting for live open vacancies, pre-screening and reference checking candidates when appropriate
  • Ensure database accuracy and efficiency (candidate accounts)
  • Completion of Candidate Qualification documentation.
  • Submitting relevant and fully qualified candidate CV’s and shortlists to live open vacancies upon agreed timeframes.
  • Provide candidates with feedback, successful or not, throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from submission > interview > offer > acceptance.
Client Relations:
  • Manage existing client relationships and maximise to full potential across the business.
  • Business develop to establish new industry relationships, partnerships and clients.
  • Negotiation and agreement of client contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with HR/Internal Recruitment points of contact as well as Technical Management & Senior Executives.
  • Ensure database accuracy and efficiency (client accounts).
  • Maintain working knowledge of client activity and potential recruitment needs.
  • Manage and control the sales recruitment process from a client perspective, from initial job order through to shortlist, interviews and offer acceptance.
Requirements
  • University educated
  • Sales experience
  • Full clean UK Driving Licence
