- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Lead and mentor junior IT technicians, providing guidance and support in resolving complex technical problems.
- Assist in influx support as needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Manage and monitor IT systems for performance, reliability, and security.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent downtime and data breaches.
- Coordinate IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Ensure minimal disruption to operations during project implementation.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to procure IT equipment and services.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT support and administration.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems, applications, and security best practices.
- Proven experience in IT support and administration.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices is desirable.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and other Microsoft exams) preferred.
