- Responsible for building strategic partnerships with assigned customers. Lead joint business development activities with the customers and help customers maximize the return on their investments.
- Know what is important for the customer, what are their specific business drivers and how our offering can help to minimize risks in operations and performance. Identify potential issues to prevent events causing revenue losses.
- Proactively communicate with the customers to ensure all pain points are identified and all needs are addressed
- Show and build a safety culture for assigned agreements.
- Enforce conformance to QEHS policies and procedures of assigned agreement(s)
- Ensure that the scope of the service agreement is delivered to the customers according to agreement, performance guarantees given are reached, and that our entire delivery is following standard operations procedures and Agreement Management processes.
- Lead, manage, train, coach, and ensure competence levels for the team of Plant Managers.
- Proactively propose new solutions, performance improvement programs and upgrades to the customers to ensure increased reliability, availability and efficiency of the installation. Ensure that the value of the proposed solutions is understood by the customer and that such products and services are sold and delivered.
- Coordinate all the internal and external stakeholders to ensure that additional business is properly identified and delivered.
- Actively communicate values created for the customer during the agreement period.
- Develop and implement action plans resulting from CEM results, customer needs, market changes and financial results, ensuring relevance and an improved customer experience.
- Propose optimization solutions for Wartsila assets, such as inventories, receivables, fixed assets, etc. which are contract related.
- Promote and utilize digital solutions, see the benefits and communicate the values created to customer
- Continuously improve the way of working by utilizing the Performance Management, Maintenance Management and Operation Management expertise, as well as digital solutions.
- Ensure all necessary actions are taken to renew and expand the scope of the agreement.
- Responsible for making lifetime forecasts and annual budgets/estimations for the agreements.
- Responsible for Region's input to Agreement Management global strategy and action plan including regional action plan, its implementation and target setting.
- Communicate the Agreement Management mission, vision, road map, processes, actions, tasks and targets to achieve the goals.
- Responsible for maintaining customer and agreement data related in CRM, Estimo and other related IM tools.
- Ideal candidate has an MSc or BSc degree in Engineering or Business
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish is a plus;
- Readiness and willingness to travel;
- Understands customer's business model and related risks (financial & operational)
- The ability to “think on your feet” during negotiation or challenging situations and keep your cool when under pressure.
- Lead, manage, train, coach, and ensure competence levels for the team of plant managers, including the development of a safety culture.

- Ability and willingness to solve problems in a prompt and positive manner, and reinforce sustainable relations with all stakeholders;
- Prior experience in the management of operations and maintenance contracts
- Competence with customer relationship management methods with tools such as CRM software;
- Solid presentation and communication skills;
- Solid financial understanding and cost/revenue/margin planning;
- Deep understanding of the local energy market;
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
