Medical Patient Management at Aphrodite Egg Bank and Pedieos IVF CenterJob Title: Medical Patient CoordinatorJob Description:We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Medical Patient Coordinator at our center. As a Medical Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire patient experience from lead to conversion, ensuring seamless communication, and facilitating the ordering or treatment process.Within our facilities we operate an IVF clinic and an international Egg Bank. You will be assisting patients through their treatment locally in Cyprus, and also supporting patients abroad with ordering eggs from our database.Your responsibilities will include:Patient Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support throughout the ordering process.
Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Order Management:

Process and manage egg donor orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfilment.
Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange shipments of donated eggs to designated locations.

Financial Transactions:

Handle patient payments, invoices, and billing inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyse sales performance metrics in the countries of responsibility, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies to optimise sales performance and achieve targets.

Marketing Campaign Review:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our services and increasing patient engagement.
Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing marketing initiatives based on campaign performance data.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Science field (preferably in Biology, Embryology or Genetics), with a business side would be helpful.
Proven experience in customer service, patient care, or related roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
Knowledge of reproductive health or fertility industry is a plus.
