Key Responsibilities: SAP FICO System Analysis & Implementation Analyze, configure, and maintain the SAP FICO module to support business processes. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless financial reporting and compliance . Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements for SAP FICO system enhancements . Business & Functional Support Assist in requirement gathering, system configuration, and user training . Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement financial process automation . Data Management & Integration Ensure accurate financial data processing across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) . Support integration with SAP MM, SD, and other modules . Testing & Documentation Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) . Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and business workflows. Compliance & Reporting Ensure SAP FICO processes comply with financial regulations and company policies . Generate financial reports and dashboards for business decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Experience: 3+ years in SAP FICO system analysis. Technical Skills: SAP FICO module expertise ( GL, AP, AR, AA, CO ) Knowledge of SAP MM, SD integration SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and process automation Financial data analysis and reporting Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in teams Excellent communication skills (English required) Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have): SAP FICO certification Experience in SAP S/4HANA Experience in the manufacturing or finance industry
