- Review and provide recommendations for architecture design and strategic initiatives that require MS Exchange services.
- Responsible for identifying and solving technical issues related to the Exchange Servers and Mail Flow troubleshooting.
- Hands-on Experience in MS Exchange 2019 and MS Exchange online.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM Tools- ServiceNow is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of ITIL process and must understand O365 licensing.
- Strong knowledge of mail flow, and hands on experience in PowerShell.
- Proof Point (application in cloud) experience is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills on all type of client/server-side issues (Outlook and outlook for mobile).
- Strong understanding of MS Exchange server patching, disaster recovery process and Hybrid Setup.
- Strong knowledge on Database availability Group in MS Exchange.
- Working experience with Microsoft cloud platform and Office 365 and have ability to perform RCA for critical cases.
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft products, technologies, and its integration with MS Exchange OnPrem and MS Exchange online.
- Experience with Email archiving/retention solutions.
- Diagnosis of Highly critical incidents, problems, and change implementation.
- Cooperation and consulting with experts in other technical areas.
- Participation in projects and transitions of new services.
- Work closely with DWO teams for service enhancement and resolution of active issues.
- Diagnosis of incidents, problems, and change implementation.
- Gather requirements and suggest any improvement in MS Exchange Services design and architecture.
- Participate in high level changes related to MS Exchange Services.
- Work with external vendors to resolve any active incident related to MS Exchange Online.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Exchange application usability and enhancements.
- Gather requirements, develop, and implement solutions required for Exchange Services.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in MS Exchange and Exchange Online
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems, demonstrate problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a highly complex Exchange servers setup
- Must have experience working with global team
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related stream.
