Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of practical experience, to join our partner company's team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance services and studies, coupled with extensive project management expertise in both the public and security sectors. The candidate should be adept at monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring project success.Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned projects within Riyadh, KSA.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Implement quality assurance measures to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Lead project teams effectively, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on quality assurance services and studies.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is required.
Experience working in both the public and security sectors is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
