- Interact with the customer account team to consult on customer strategic objectives and desired outcomes, defining plans to achieve success of their analytics program
- Delivery of packaged services to enable analytics readiness and adoption of Visier, which may include:
- Rollout planning, Adoption support
- Workforce planning-specific support
- Design and development of analysis that supports key business objectives
- Lead and collaborate on workforce analytics consulting engagements to identify insights that drive business impact for our customers. Present these in executive-level presentations with our customer's key stakeholders
- Continuously innovate to develop new value-added service offerings for our customers
- Develop effective tactics, including process mapping, workshops, stakeholder assessments, project plans, end-user training and coaching
- Coach customers in identifying and implementing adoption tactics based on expertise in change management theory and application, along with knowledge of emerging industry practices
- Identify and address systemic obstacles to the adoption of Visier solutions in the customer's organization, recommending strategic actions to ensure the success of people analytics practices
- Enable customers' internal teams (e.g., HRBPs) to unlock the potential benefits of using analytics, specifically Visier's solutions
- Stay current in best practices and trends within the HR domain, applying knowledge to unlock value for customers using Visier solutions
- Enrich the collective knowledge base and Visier community article collection by sharing experiences and lessons learned
- Deliver against project timelines for multiple projects, focusing time and attention to support specific customers as needed
- Collaborate with others in the Customer Experience function and various resources to ensure customers are on track to achieve value
- 10+ years' experience in an HR-related profession, including experience leading large-scale change management projects
- 5+ years' experience in a professional consulting role with a focus on strategic consulting for clients, requiring you to advise on org structure and program strategy
- Expert knowledge of the Human Resources domain, specifically including the application of workforce analytics to support other HR programs and initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which include excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to comfortably present complex concepts over the phone, webinar, and in-person
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships, ranging from HR professionals to Fortune 500 executives
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with a keen attention to detail
