- We are currently seeking a Front Desk Personnel to join our team. This position requires someone who is not only proficient in administrative tasks but also possesses excellent social media, Microsoft Word, and internet skills.
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk area.
- Manage social media platforms, including posting updates, responding to messages, and engaging with our online community.
- Utilize Microsoft Word to draft and format documents such as letters, memos, and reports.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Conduct internet research for various projects and tasks as assigned.
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 1 - 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and a demonstrated ability to manage them effectively.
- Strong internet skills, including the ability to conduct research and navigate online resources efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Experience working in a customer service or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
