- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures to ensure all programs meet the necessary accreditation and certification standards.
- Coordinate and prepare comprehensive documentation and submissions for accreditation and re-accreditation processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Rome Business School and accrediting bodies, ensuring effective communication and adherence to all requirements.
- Conduct internal reviews and audits to assess compliance with accreditation standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize and manage site visits by accrediting agencies, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of necessary materials and presentations.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to integrate accreditation requirements into program curriculum, policies, and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff and faculty on accreditation processes and quality assurance practices.
- Stay abreast of changes in accreditation standards and regulations, advising the school on necessary adjustments to curricula or policies.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of all accreditation and certification documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status of accreditation and certification initiatives, challenges, and progress.
- Preferably a Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accreditation and certification role within a higher education institution, preferably within a business school environment.
- In-depth knowledge of national and international accreditation systems and standards relevant to business education (like EFMD, EOCCS, ASFOR etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully managing accreditation processes and achieving positive outcomes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external agencies.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing documentation.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving habilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
