- Have at least 15 years' progressive red meat protein products management experience in modern, high speed, operations serving demanding customer base.
- At least a level 5 qualification or bachelor's degree in Food Sciences or Engineering (with MBA desirable) or similar discipline
- Certificate FSSC standards, ISO 9000 quality standards / ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency at high level about all facets of red meat processing operations, processes, equipment, systems, and factory setup
- Strong communication in English
