- The Finance Process Development Analyst is the person who contributes to the overall finance transformation program by ensuring efficient end-to-end finance processes are designed, communicated, and successfully implemented.
- For this role, we are looking for a candidate willing to get deep knowledge of Microsoft products (Power Platforms), business logic, and desire to support the implementation of bespoke applications and standardized finance processes.

- Proactive support the development, implementation and deployment of SaaS products based on Microsoft Power Platform (including test of the application).
- Collect and document of business requirements for various project and process improvement/automation initiatives.
- Create application specific documentation, including process documentation (such as Standard Operating Procedures).
- Provide support and maintenance for finance app developments.
- Create presentations, user manuals and tutorials and deliver user training for the Power Platform.
- Be active in the constant improvement approach - in personal- and company-wise aspects.
- Proactive involvement to support other improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of the end-to-end finance processes (MDM/O2C/P2P/R2R) in a level necessary to steer finance teams are using developed applications as per designed standard processes.
- Interact and interface with TMF Local offices and other Group departments and other relevant stakeholders as and when required.
- University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate (Microsoft Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, or Office 365/Dynamics 365/SharePoint Online.

- Desire and passion for supporting the building and implementing software without traditional development tools and knowledge.
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written).
- Experience in working with business stakeholders in cross-functional matrix environment within multinational company is a plus.
- Well organized, strict attention to details with ability to work on multiple projects and meet critical deadlines with a high volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical skills and data-driven approach.
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects.
- Strong motivation to gain experience in current role.
