The Amenities Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of all amenity construction projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on ensuring high end residential-level standards of excellence. The successful candidate will possess excellent project management and construction skills, and be able to successfully coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and client satisfaction.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of amenity construction projects, including budget, timeline, and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate with contractors, designers, suppliers, and other relevant parties to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
  • Develop detailed project plans, coordinate materials, equipment, and labor, and monitor progress.
  • Identify potential construction risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
  • Carry out change orders and other relevant documents.
  • Provide regular updates to the client and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and construction.
  • High end residential-level construction management experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant industry software.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
