- Independent execution of tenders in the field of IT and other professional services, e.g. HR
- Execution and conclusion of price, T&Cs and contract negotiations with new business driven suppliers and classic automotive suppliers
- Dynamic Development of market and decision-making analyses
- Order processing and invoice verification
- Continuous planning and control of optimization projects with ZF service providers
- Accelerating of improvement projects re intercompany business and external procurement processes
- Risk Management / Monitoring / Trouble Shooting projects
- Completed studies in engineering, business administration or comparable field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Confident appearance and presentation security
- Resilience as well as communication and team skills are required
- Business fluent in spoken and written German, English is a plus as well as good intercultural behavior
- Product knowledge in commercial vehicle drive technology is a plus
- Willingness to travel
