As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our products and services. You will lead design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional design work, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience: 5 to 10 years Location: Pune Responsibilities: . Lead the design process for key projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality visual designs that meet user needs and business objectives. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, establish design goals, and develop design strategies. . Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into our projects to keep our designs fresh and innovative. . Create comprehensive design systems, style guides, and visual assets to maintain consistency across all digital platforms. . Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the project. . Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting design concepts and rationale with clarity and confidence. Requirements: . Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. . 5+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work. . Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, After ) . In-depth understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition. . Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant designs. . Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. . Proven ability to do hands-on design work, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. . Experience working on mobile and web applications is highly desirable. . Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for designing inclusive digital experiences. . A passion for design and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Preferred Qualifications: . Experience with designing tools such as Figma, Photoshop & illustrator. .
