- Act as the primary point of contact for multiple Fund Managers, handling their queries and requests efficiently.
- Perform daily, periodic, and ad-hoc processing activities, including Transfer Agency ancillary activities.
- Ensure timely reporting to fund managers and distributors, adhering to defined Service Level Agreements.
- Oversee trade settlements to ensure accuracy and timely completion, including processing corporate actions such as dividend distribution.
- Conduct rigorous cash and unit reconciliations, promptly investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit Monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and incident reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update Fund Manager's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Review Fund Manager's Operating Memorandum and Prospectus against Fund Set-up templates and related documentation.
- Demonstrate a service-oriented and client-focused approach, proactively addressing responsibilities.
- Uphold internal control standards, implementing internal and external audit observations promptly.
- Undertake and lead projects as assigned, including User Acceptance Testing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Transfer Agency, fund services, or related areas.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to think and act independently, capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Operational knowledge of banking products, especially unit trusts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
