- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, facilitating clear communication
- Assess proposed changes to project scope, evaluate their impact on budget and schedule, and manage change orders
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
- Continuously review project processes and practices to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
- Strong experience in contract management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of overseeing contracts for high-end residential projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction contracts, procurement practices, and relevant legal frameworks, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
