Job DescriptionTo provide technical assistance and support to All the Bank / outsource staff in various branches / DepartmentsRespond to, analyze and resolve client, PC and network issues while making use of help desk systemPerform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applicationsRecord, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolutionPrioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced resources (e.g. developer, analyst, engineer, etc.)IT Assets inventory reviews.Responsible & accountable to follow relevant IT-Dept & GIS processes while performing activity, duties, roles & responsibilities.Responsible & accountable provide timely response (correct & complete) related to Audit subject.Responsible & accountable to provide assistance to IT-Quality assurance in continual improvement of Quality management system.All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.Competencies/SkillsEducationBachelor’s degree in ITWork ExperienceMinimum 2-3 year of experience in IT support
