We are looking for a Logistic Manager for our compagny located in Brampton area. We're looking for someone witt at least 5 years' experience in hight volume warehouse management. This manager will be able to help the company reach new heights. It's also a great job opportunity if you're looking for challenge and professional growth.We're looking for someone with highly-developed analytical and organizational skills.
The successful candidate must be flexible and available. Most of the time, the job is during the day, but it's possible that you'll be needed some evenings.As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for planning the receipt of products and the delivery of products to the distribution center. The Warehouse Manager will succeed by managing people, processes and systems within the warehouse. He/she will ensure that productivity targets are met and maintained, while ensuring that health and safety rules are respected.(mostly) Daytime schedule Monday to Friday
Salary 100K + 10% bonus.Advantages

The logistic Manager will, among other things:- Manage the finances, productivity of operations, cost management and budget of warehouse operations;
- Plan, direct and organize daily warehouse operations (goods receipt, inventory management, space configuration, order picking and shipping);
- Monitor key indicators and adjust direction and strategy as necessary to maximize productivity;
- Develop a workforce plan to optimize resources to achieve desired results;
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the various units as well as the distribution center and suppliers;
- Foster a work environment in which employees are engaged and motivated;
- Set objectives for employees, stimulate and manage performance;
- Promote health and safety;
- Manage equipment and building maintenance;
- Maintain a well-maintained facility.Qualifications
Skills expected of an excellent warehouse manager :- University degree in logistics management, inventory management, operations management or industrial engineering;
- At least 5 years' experience in a management high volume, 3PL, warehouse;
- Comfortable and understand technology and continuous improvement because this warehouse is automatized;
- Understanding and experience of all supply chain concepts within a network;
- Managing teams of over 50 people in high-volume warehouses;
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems;
- Proficiency with radio frequency equipment and SAP software;
- Excellent at managing budgets and productivity levels;
- Advanced problem-solving skills as well as business and opportunity analysis;**be able to cite CONCRETE EXAMPLES of leading change initiatives and processes that have contributed to strong business results and led to the development of a high-performing organization.Summary
