Job Description :- Develop and manage daily execution of online lead generation through paid channels with focus on paid search and social media to drive key performance metrics.- Responsible for all aspects of keyword management and bidding strategy of the day-to-day search marketing activities.- Lead the development and implementation of paid social and programmatic strategy with different media partners as well as tracking the performance towards performance marketing goals.- Analyse the conversion funnel to optimize performance and ensure conversion targets are met.- Closely monitor day-to-day financial results, report on acquisition marketing budget and making adjustments where necessary.- Maintain a data-first approach through continual experimentation and optimization of content from marketing team and copy to meet and exceed strong company goals (a/b testing, etc.)- Analyse and interpret key success metrics to influence strategic optimization recommendations- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and tracking technologies.Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or related fields.- 3-5 years of experience in business strategy.- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. is preferred.- An inherent team player with a fervour for digital media.- Possess strong analytical skills, a thirst for learning, and a willingness to share knowledge.- Display initiative, energy, self-motivation, and a readiness to tackle challenges.- Experience in B2B business is a valuable addition.BenefitsBenefits
