Together with a team of highly skilled recruiters you will solve recruitments in a dedicated or several areas. There are several options how to develop into this role. Let us know what you dream about.The team:Since Northvolt is still growing at the speed of light, Talent Acquisition is not like anywhere else. It is a care function and everyday our 30 heros make the impossible happen. The team is divided into smaller sub-teams dedicated to our different Business Units or sites and we work very closely with other service teams like Onboarding, Employer Branding, Relocation, etc.Key Responsibilities:

Develop sourcing and recruitment strategy to find attractive candidates for a wide range of roles

You have a university degree in HR, economics, psychology or similar
At least 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably from agency + inhouse
Background in sales is highly beneficial

Proven track record in building a relationship with senior business stakeholdersProven track record in ensuring diversity perspective in the full recruitment processEnglish and Swedish skills, both verbal and writtenBonus points for:

Experience from start-up/scale up is preferred, in a global market
Experience from high volume recruitments
