Salary: £110 - £230 per day

Contract Type: Part-timeAre you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN)? We are looking for dedicated SEN Teachers to join our secondary schools in Braintree starting September 2024. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support and education to students with diverse learning needs.Responsibilities:Delivering Specialized Instruction: As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering specialized instruction that caters to the individual needs of students with SEN.Creating Inclusive Learning Environments: You will work to create inclusive learning environments where all students feel supported, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.Collaborating with Support Staff: Working closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure that students with SEN receive the appropriate level of support both inside and outside the classroom.Monitoring Progress: Tracking and monitoring the progress of students with SEN, adjusting teaching strategies and interventions as necessary to support their ongoing development.Advocating for Students: Acting as an advocate for students with SEN, liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure that their individual needs are met.Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialization or experience in working with students with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of students.
