  • Deployment and continued support of enterprise network infrastructure systems in the areas of Route/Switch, Security, and Wireless technologies. Technologies utilized by the C2C Engineer include: Multiple Switch vendors, Juniper, Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco switches, Palo Alto Firewall, and Panorama.
  • Preforming maintenance and sustainment of all Cisco ISE NAC components to ensure performance, stability, and availability conforming to established service level agreements.
  • Providing administration and technical support for Cisco ISE servers.
  • Delivering timely and responsive technical support of all ISE components to address service degradations, interruptions, or other such impactful events in accordance with established service level agreements.
  • Attending planning sessions to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Recommending cost effective, technically feasible network solutions that meet initial capacity requirements, provide long-term scalability, and anticipate future growth and performance needs.
  • Documenting projects, support actions, and other administrative artifacts to serve as reference material for related support activities and management staff.
  • Ensuring incidents and service requests adhere to established service level agreements.
QualificationsSkills/Qualifications:
  • Experience with implementation, sustainment, maintenance, and administration of the Cisco ISE NAC solution.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and tuning the Armis Security Solution.
  • Experience with Cisco Firepower ASR/ISR/CSR/ASA and Unified Communications Management appliance.
  • Experience with Palo Alto Next Generation firewalls.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues affecting the overall performance, stability, and availability of the LAN switching architecture.
  • Knowledge of related cloud technologies on which Armis depends including but not limited to containers, Kubernetes, RESTful API, and microservices.
  • Should be capable of organizing, tracking, and managing multiple project deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a multi-functional team environment in relation to the deployment and support of the physical/virtual network infrastructure, which includes technologies such as VMWare, Linux, Windows Server, physical servers, and enterprise storage arrays.
  • A strong sense of urgency including self-governance on task priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn with quality, detailed focus.
  • Ability to collaborate with awareness and responsiveness to customer needs.
Education and Experience: This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6-9+ years of direct hands-on experience designing, deploying, and tuning the NAC solution of 10,000+ end points.Certifications:IAT Level II
  • Security Certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SCCP)
  • Cisco OS Certification
Clearance: This position requires an active Secret security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.Physical Requirements: In addition to the skills and qualifications mentioned above, candidates must, at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
