- Our client is scaling up its activities in electric vehicle charging solutions across Europe.
- In the Netherlands, we are a key player in public charging solutions and also offer charging solutions for consumers and businesses, contributing to our mission of enabling fossil-free living within one generation!
- To better serve our customers, we are expanding our team with a Process Manager.
- This role involves further optimizing the Dutch process in close collaboration with local users (customers and key-users/colleagues) and European process and system owners.
- As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the local customer process.
- This means designing, describing, monitoring, and adjusting processes based on KPIs such as process lead time and first-time-right metrics.
- You will act as a bridge between local users (customers and colleagues/key users) and European process and system owners.
- This involves gathering improvement ideas, translating them into user stories for our CRM system and/or Platform, and discussing them at the European level.
- You will implement and communicate new changes from European teams to the Dutch operation.
- To do this, you must be able to switch effectively between strategy and operations.
- In this role, you will work on today's results and optimize the current operation while also looking at the future changes needed to remain innovative and ahead in the market.
- As a Process Manager, we expect you to provide convincing guidance on both aspects.

- Acting as a liaison between local users and European process and system owners
- Gathering improvement ideas and translating them into user stories for CRM system and/or Platform
- Implementing and communicating changes from European teams to Dutch operation
- We are looking for an experienced Process Manager who can translate ideas into pragmatic improvements.
- You easily grasp processes, are analytically strong, and have a pragmatic approach.
- Involving your stakeholders in your plans and having an overarching chain perspective is natural for you.
- You understand the impact of proposed process improvements on the customer, the chain, and colleagues well. Finally, you see it as a challenge to establish process management at the local level while operating in a complex, dynamic international environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in process management.
- Demonstrable experience in analyzing and optimizing processes and related tasks such as elaborating requirements, process flows, and business cases.
- HBO/Academic level obtained through education or experience.
- Experience in preparing clear reports to monitor processes.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
