Switch to product CTQs to project team. Co-work with project team to develop new product to market.Collaborate with various functions such as PLM, R&D, Sales, Marketing to enhance project success rate & new product promotion.Required Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Material Science, Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, or Chemical EngineeringAbove 5 years in Manufacturing, Engineering or R&D experience from PCB/FPC/Substrate industry, preferably in circuit processGood logical thinking abilityGood communication and presentation skillsEnergetic, strong drive to successFluent in English and MandarinAbility to travel within N-China at least 50% of the timeJoin our to stay connected with us!DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
