Job Description:Global Mobility ExpertRole Overview:The Global Mobility Expert is a key role within Huntsman's Compensation & Benefits structure located in Huntsman offices in either Krakow or Frankfurt. This role supports the Global Mobility function and involves diverse responsibilities related to international moves, including assignments, commuters, transfers, and localizations. The Global Mobility Specialist interacts with various stakeholders such as associates and their families, HR partners, and external service providers. Overall, the Global Mobility Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating international moves within the organization. Apply today!Role Responsibilities:As a Global Mobility Expert, you will be responsible for:Managing end to end the global mobility processes, ensuring seamless execution.Developing and implementing global mobility policies and procedures that align with business objectives and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Collaborating with external service providers (e.g., immigration attorneys, relocation agencies, tax advisors) to deliver excellent services, including managing exceptions that may arise.Staying up to date with immigration laws and regulations in various countries and ensuring compliance for all international assignments.Working closely with HR, legal, finance, and other relevant teams to provide guidance on global mobility matters, address employee concerns, and ensure consistent policies and practices across the organization.Handling administrative tasks such as reporting, budget forecasting, and payroll review related to global mobility.Preparing regular reports on global mobility metrics, including assignment costs, compliance status, and employee satisfaction.Assisting in managing discussions with assignees regarding their packages, ensuring the final offer is implemented effectively.Coordinating annual merit, bonus, and package review processes for expatriates.Considering factors such as cost of living, exchange rates, and other ad hoc pay changes.Experience and Competencies:We are looking for experienced candidates with great attention to detail and the ability to provide the best support to internal and external stakeholders.What we are looking for:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, International Business, or a related field.Previous professional experience in global mobility, international assignment management, or a similar role.In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in various countries. Work independently and collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Strong understanding of global mobility policies, best practices, and industry trends.Proficiency in Excel is required.Fluency in English is required. Any additional language is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.About Us:At Huntsman, we pride ourselves on being a people-oriented organization.
