Opportunity Instructional Designer is responsible for end to end Digital Content Delivery to stakeholders with adherence to design principles and branding guidelines within the agreed timelines meeting all Learning Outcomes. Communicate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to obtain necessary information for developing learning materials Recommend appropriate learning solutions in all delivery formats (face-to-face, e-learning) Develop effective training programs and materials for corporate training environments and/or e-learning delivery formats (including instructional media elements, storyboards, e-learning content, visual aids, presentation materials, text to voice conversion) Responsible for designing visually appealing, appropriate graphics, animation, videos, or interactive activities needed by Maersk GSC, Front Offices and HQ.
