As a privileged interlocutor for business units, you will collaborate with leading French and international universities and business schools to develop tailored learning and development solutions for high-potential individuals, experts, and managers within the CMA CGM Group. You will work closely with the Back Office to implement these solutions.RESPONSIBILITIES: The Front Office's missions span across all areas, so it's expected that each Learning & Development Expert supports their colleagues when appropriate. Your responsibilities include:
  • Working closely with Human Resources to analyze the needs of target populations.
  • Listening to, challenging, and structuring the development needs of business units.
  • Drafting specifications and issuing requests for proposals in partnership with procurement, selecting providers from leading universities and business schools in line with the price/quality charter.
  • Collaborating on project management for complex training projects by ensuring the monitoring of design and production.
  • Proposing innovative synchronous and asynchronous pedagogical approaches.
  • Participating in content development: training materials for both trainers and participants.
  • Drafting necessary communication materials.
  • Identifying, evaluating, training, and managing a network of internal and external contributors.
  • Continuously evaluating and evolving the implemented learning solutions.
  • Facilitating, when necessary, part of the solutions to meet expressed needs.
PROFILE AND SKILLS: With a Master's degree or equivalent, you have a solid professional background in training, facilitation, and coaching, as well as collaboration with major educational institutions. Your listening, questioning, analysis, and synthesis skills allow you to precisely define needs. You are comfortable interacting with both Top Management and operational teams. You are proactive and adept at negotiation and persuasion techniques. Your creativity, pedagogy, and ability to work in teams and project-based environments ensure the delivery of innovative, pragmatic, and customer-oriented solutions. Recognized by your peers, you leverage your relational talents to expand your network and handle complex situations across a wide range of subjects.
