While leads are provided, you will be expected to:
● Research, track, maintain and update leads.
● Contact prospects to qualify leads.
● Research and maintain lead generation database.
● Provide accurate and timely information to management.
● Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.What you need to be successfulESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.
● Excellent English communication (verbal and written), read & write in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin fluently is a plus.
● Experience with cold calling.
● Experience with research and maintaining databases
● Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel
● Comfortable in working with online business tools such as Google applications. Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but
not mandatory
● Strong project and time management skills.
