Our ClientsFluid Legal is currently conducting a market scan and accepting expressions of interest on behalf of several well-known and highly reputable clien here in Christchurch. Embracing a 'people first' approach to business, they are eager to discuss how they can support the needs of future employees.About the OpportunityAs an expereinced Legal Executive, you will have at least 2 years of experience across a variety of areas. Ideally including some OR a combination of the below:

Residential converyancing
Processing e-dealings
Subdivision work (either on residential or commercial side)
Commercial leasing
S&P of commercial property
Drafting settlement agreements & easements
Refinancing agreements
Processing Kaianga Ora documentation
Wills & EPOAs
Drafting shareholder agreements
Trust administration, including formation of family trusts
Estate administration

This may include high-level exposure in an administrative or secretarial capacity. You will be encouraged to bring your full existing suite of experience to the firm, with the support and mentorship of senior lawyers to expand your practice into more complex commercial files.About YouAs a qualified Legal Executive, you will have 2 + years of fee-earning experience, or 5 + years of experience operating in an administrative (ideally client-facing) private practice legal environment.
