• Lead the estimation process for construction projects, specializing in data centers, ensuring precise and comprehensive cost assessments.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather relevant data and insights for estimating purposes.
• Utilize advanced estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process and improve accuracy.
• Prepare detailed and competitive bid proposals, incorporating cost breakdowns and value engineering strategies to optimize project outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform estimating decisions and strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators and contribute to their professional development.

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience as a Senior Estimator or similar role in the construction industry, with a focus on data center projects.
• EU citizenship is mandatory for this position.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to produce accurate and reliable cost estimates.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools, with a commitment to leveraging technology for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing trends, particularly in the data center sector.
