The objective of this role is to create and maintain a high-quality working relationship with a broad range of contacts at the accounts.
The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for understanding customer strategies to sell Trend solutions to enable and support them.Responsibilities:Create new opportunities (80%) for Trend Micro at accounts and focus on replacing competitive products. As well as working on renewals, 20% working on Trend Micro customer base. 80% prospects.Expand our footprint with our existing customers (25%)Utilize internal support (e.g., marketing) in addition to self-initiativeUtilize external support (e.g., partner network, social media)Maintain up-to-date pipeline and forecast reporting systems.Attendance and presentation at relevant sales exhibitions, EBR’s and events.Provision of timely and accurate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.You areFluent in both written and spoken Flemish/Dutch and English.Excellent at influencing, negotiation and relationship building.Flexible mind-set in a changing environment.High level of self-motivation.Team player.You haveThe ability to use all available resources within the team and the Trend Micro channel to optimize the working relationships with our customers.The ability to motivate customers and channel partners to position Trend Micro as a preferred and trusted business partner.Presentation skills.#LI-CM1At Trend Micro, we embrace change, empower people, and encourage innovation in a connected world.
