As our HR Intern, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shadow the Director of HR and see firsthand how a business is run through the lens of People Operations. From recruiting and onboarding to benefits, culture, and organizational strategy, you’ll be exposed to the full employee lifecycle—and the key role HR plays in every step.You won’t just observe—you’ll contribute. Over the course of your internship, you’ll work on a hands-on project designed to deepen your understanding of HR and drive real impact. At the end of the program, you’ll present your project to key stakeholders across the company.This position is perfect for someone who is curious, proactive, highly organized, and passionate about creating a great employee experience. Whether you’re considering a career in HR, operations, or business management, this internship will give you a solid foundation and an inside look at what it takes to support and scale a successful team.Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, People Operations, or organizational development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint)
