- Building robust customer Joint Business Plans that maximise margin and sales
- Taking the reins of the sales P&L within a specific category, including trade spend control
- Collaborating seamlessly with Marketing and Category to drive growth through product, pack, and pricing plans
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring year-on-year improvement in customer engagement
- Motivating and guiding the sales team to achieve outstanding commercial results
- Developing talent plans that attract, develop, and retain top-notch individuals
- Fostering collaboration across functions like R&D, Technical, and Operations to drive innovation and efficiency
- Working hand-in-hand with Marketing to elevate the overall category and ensure flawless shopper marketing execution
- Collaborating with the Group Commercial team on international sales initiatives
- Building bridges with Sales Directors across the group to ensure a cohesive approach to customer relationships
