You will have the opportunity to work across different schools, covering short-term absences, staff training days, and other ad-hoc requirements. This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to gain experience in different educational settings and age groups.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons according to the school's curriculum and policies.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively and foster a supportive atmosphere for learning.
  • Collaborate with school staff and communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents/guardians.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with primary school-aged children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced educational environment.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
