Increasing automated test code coverage. Around 40% of testing time will be spent writing automated tests.
Reduce the amount of bugs that we release in our software.
Verify that our software has a good user experience.
Continuously improve the quality of any existing systems.
Improve testing processes.The duties and responsibilities of the role are:Work closely with developers to ensure that software designs will satisfy business requirements.
Test that software features meet Acceptance Criteria.
Validate that requirements will meet business objectives.
Write automated test suites.
Build up a regression tests.
Estimate the complexity of developments as part of an agile team.You will be working within a cross functional agile team and must be willing and able to deliver the software commitments of the team, educating and taking responsibility to ensure that the team maintains consistent delivery speed and quality.Qualifications & ExperienceManual testing
Automated testing (Selenium)
An interest in improving user experience
An understanding of agile development methodologies
API testing
ISEB / ISTQB certifiedDesirableMicrosoft Certification
Knowledge in working with ERP applications
Understanding of agile methodologies
Mobile application testing
VSTS / TFS
