From Drivers to Technicians, Customer Experience experts to Site Managers, Engineers to Electricians, we come together as a team of experts, to do more for our customersHow you’ll power our business as an Senior Talent Acquisition PartnerWork within the recruitment team delivering brand-led recruitment services across permanent, fixed term and contingent hiring. As a Senior TA, you role will be to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across various disciplines, including engineering, commercial, and finance. You will proactively source candidates and head hunt for hard-to-fill roles, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives. Your role will also involve improving recruitment processes, providing market insights, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases.   • Demonstrable experience in recruiting senior-level professionals across diverse disciplines, including engineering, commercial, and finance.
  • Proven experience of Head Hunting and building up strong and long-lasting relationships with candidate’s and candidate pipelines.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and HRBP’s.
  • Knowledge and advanced utilisation of various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media and professional networks.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
