- Maintain all the IT operations related to our applications and its related infrastructure in test, acceptance and production environments.
- Monitor the application and take care of incident management. Perform proper root cause analysis in case of unavailability of the application.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automated builds and deployments. Automate wherever it is possible in the areas of deployments, monitoring, regression testing, etc..
- Work with latest and standard tooling with a strong focus on availability, performance, stability and security.
- Ensure IT Risk controls are in place and well documented with right evidence. For this togeteher with the team, you need to get familiar and keep up to date with the ING Information Security Management Policy.
- Collaborate with other Dev and Ops engineers to define/refine/improve the technical architecture of the application.
- Engage proactively in the Scrum ceremonies. Foster a collaborative team environment and actively learn from your colleagues.
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or related courses.
- You have passion towards working in IT and Banking.
- You have proven track record and proficiency in IT operations work in deploying and managing highly scalable mission-critical applications for 5+ years.
- You have experience with Linux, Windows, and Containerized platforms.
- You have proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages.
- You have experience working with source control systems, CI/CD piplelines, cloud platforms, monitoring tools. Knowing Azure DevOps or similar other platforms is a big plus.
- You enjoy new technologies and transferring them into new ideas and possibilities.
- You are a good team player with proactive and constructive attitude towards working in a complex and international teams. Comfortable with remote collaboration tools such as MS Teams, and the ability to work productively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- You have good analytical skills and conceptual / architectural understanding, ability to quickly understand the new technical concepts that are outside of your comfort zone.
- You have a “Can do” mentality, flexibility and ability to take ownership and responsibility.
- You have experience working in AGILE/SCRUM methodology.
- You have good communication skills in English (writing and spoken).
