We are seeking a senior lawyer to join our clients exceptional Banking & Finance team in Jersey. As a future leader, you will bring technical expertise, innovation, and collaboration to their expanding team and take a front seat in the development of the practice across the Channel Islands.The work handled includes leveraged finance, real estate financing and restructuring transactions for banks and fund managers, whom it advises on both local and international financing matters.Key Requirements

8+ years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance
Strong team and leadership skills
Ability to inspire and develop others
Results-driven with high business acumen and commerciality
Open and progressive approach

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to business planning and decision making
Provide complex legal advice to clients
Build and maintain client relationships
Develop a culture of service excellence
Generate business through effective business development
Lead and develop a team
