Journey Experts in Automation Delivery will work in a multi-disciplinary team of Product Owners, Analysts and Engineers and play a key role in delivering automation solutions which are creating measurable benefits to the business. What Will Your Day Look Like As a Journey Expert , you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand detailed business- and technology requirements and objectives. Document detailed requirements for automation solutions, associated business process changes, and working with the team to ensure business preparedness and readiness to adopt the changes. Collaborate with technology to interrogate the solution, ensuring it meets business needs. Design, develop and implement innovative solutions for business problems. Plan and deliver change, communications, learning and engagement activities. Identify and communicate delivery risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage to resolution. Accountable to ensure each delivery meets Change Playbook requirements What will you bring To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: 5-7 Years of relevant experience in Business analysis and requirement gathering with exposure to Change management or transformation initiatives. Strong ability to apply change management practices, communicate direction, rationale, and outcomes clearly (bring people on the journey) and a continuous improvement approach based on feedback loops. Strong stakeholder management skills, with some influencing and relationship building ability. Analytical skills and a strong execution mindset to deliver quality outputs within agreed timeframes. Strong ability to identify and assess risks and comply with risk management processes and policies. Graduate in any discipline.
