Purchasing Executive/ Assistant Manger

• Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing/Supply Chain /Marketing or other relevant qualification
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and production planning management in manufacturing company
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experience in importing goods and familiar with PIB procedures
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 dan FSC implementation standards and procedures.

• Manage all purchasing activities starting from planning, implementation, monitoring, control and supervision of local and import purchases.
• Manage suppliers (domestic and international) and develop purchasing strategies that meet the budgetary and other operational requirements of the company.
• Develop appropriate reporting and monitoring mechanisms that highly cost savings achieved by suppliers and validate supplier performance and concerns.
• Responsible for assessing the total cost of company purchases and reporting to management.
• Responsible for researching and identifying potential new suppliers.
• Develops and implements strategies for procuring, purchasing, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Conduct research to procure the best product and suppliers regarding the value, delivery schedules, and quality.
• Comply with all AICA ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 policies and procedures, including but not limited to the AICA Code of Conduct.
