The department delivers a server platform solution for the ASTRO 25, the most widely used P25 mission-critical voice and data communication network in the world.Job DescriptionThe incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining the virtualization platform solution that is a foundation of MSI’s Astro technology products. The responsibilities include developing low-level design, implementing features based on requirements, designing and implementing functional and performance tests, contributing to user manuals creation, functional testing (manual and automated), and participation in system integration tests. The project scope includes automation of the platform's installation, upgrades, configuration, and hardening.
