- Requisitos:
- Master of Science equivalent in Brazil, concluded or ongoing;
- Proven experience in simulation, including numerical model validation (preferably within the automotive industry).;
- Expertise in commercial vehicle applications is a merit;
- Proficiency in simulation software such as Nastran, Hyper mesh, Adams or equivalent;
- Proficiency in programming tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and Python;
- Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, and NVH principles;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex simulation data and draw meaningful conclusions;
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team, to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Utilize advanced simulation tools and techniques to conduct virtual validation of commercial vehicle features, including fuel consumption, vehicle dynamics, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness);
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and testing, to define virtual validation requirements and objectives;
- Develop and implement virtual validation plans and methodologies to assess the performance and behavior of vehicle systems and components;
- Analyze simulation results to identify potential issues, optimize vehicle design, and validate proposed solutions;
- Generate detailed reports documenting virtual validation findings, conclusions, and recommendations for improvement;
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in virtual validation and automotive engineering to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization;
- Support physical testing activities as needed, providing insights and recommendations based on virtual validation results;
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of virtual validation tools, models, and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
