We foster a culture of inclusion through: Talent, Education & Communication, Employee Groups and Celebration.Position OverviewResponsible for supporting the Head of Employee Communications and Regional CEO, NA in developing and delivering a region-specific employee communication strategy that informs, engages and inspires our NA Commercial population in support of our Company's purpose, our Next Great Chapter: Accelerate plan & the North America business strategy. Provides specific communication support to the Regional CEO on day-to-day communication needs.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Own holistic communication strategy and editorial calendar across NA and NA Commercial, closely connecting with business partners on function-specific content.
  • Own the strategy, content and delivery of NA Commercial-specific employee-facing events (NA Town Halls led by Regional CEO, roundtables for Regional CEO, leadership summits) in close partnership with the Head of People North America and the Regional CEO
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to support NA Regional CEO in engaging employees through Workplace and employees and potential employees through LinkedIn.
  • Support reactive and risk management communications in partnership with Corporate Communications and Head of People North America, as needed.
  • Support key all-NA Global Corporate Communications initiatives and their rollout to NA and NA Commercial
  • Partner with Executive Communications Lead on any CEO and Regional CEO, NA trips in the region, as needed.
  • Execute NA Commercial regional employer branding strategy.
  • Manage core protocols and principles that support efficient and streamlined communication workflow and content sharing.
  • Oversee meaningful and actionable KPIs and metrics to demonstrate impact.
  • Work in close partnership with the NA Head of P&D Business Partnerships to advise and strategize on communications related to the people approach for the region.
  • Partner with NA Retail Ops & Retail Development Ops to cascade communications through field-specific channels, as needed.
  • Have a pulse on the organization, understanding how employees are thinking and feeling.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and strategist to cross-functional partners on communication programming to maximize engagement and cut-through.
  • Includes writing and editing executive messages / briefing documents, employee communications, organizational announcements, executive PowerPoint presentations, talking points, and more.
  • Collaborates with Corporate Communications to prepare Regional CEO and team for local media engagement.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Stellar writing and editing skills - able to craft clear and compelling messages for different audiences and channels, such as executive messages, briefing documents, employee communications, organizational announcements, PowerPoint presentations, and talking points.
  • A high level of flexibility and interpersonal skills - able to adapt to changing priorities and demands, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
  • Natural curiosity and strong storytelling skills - able to research and identify relevant and engaging stories that showcase the organization's vision, values, and achievements, and communicate them in a creative and impactful way.
