- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients to help them make informed decisions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and report on progress towards targets to the Sales DirectorQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the packaging industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
