CC Medical is working closely with one of the largest private hospital networks in Australia who needs a Nurse Unit Manager to lead the day to day running of a 25 bed Mental health unit.Location - TareeThe Role
This Role provides an opportunity for a suitable qualified Nurse Unit Manager to lead the day to day running on the 25 bed Mental Health Unit. This private hospital also offers surgical services through its 3 operating theatres and cardiac catheter laboratory, which are supported by our 4-bed intensive care unit (level 1 ICU). We provide Medical, Rehabilitation and Dialysis services to patients residing in the Manning Great Lakes and surrounding communities.On Offer

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience
- Comprehensive clinical skills & experience within the Mental Health environment
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
- Demonstrated experience with organisational accreditation processes and continuous quality improvement strategies.
- Experience in policy development and implementation
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Effective communication and time management
- Current NSW working with children check.
- National Police Check certificate - No older than 3 months on application
- COVID-19 Fully vaccinated
