- Supplier Quality Audit, Customer or internal complaints on part quality issues and project management
- Knowledge of MSA, SPC, FMEA and GD & T
- Review and analyze supplier SCAR and 8D methodology and root cause corrective action effectiveness
- Drive the supplier technical application and development of failure analysis with customer
- Outsourcing Supplier Quality Management
- Incoming Quality Inspection, MRB and Control of Nonconforming parts process
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
- Knowledge of Quality Management System, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and Social Management requirements
- Failure Analysis skill of understanding : SEM EDX, FTIR, GCMS, CSAM, Curve Tracing analysis, Cross section and etc.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field
- Candidate must at least Post Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science Engineering
