As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will manage existing accounts to achieve maximum growth potential, while opening new accounts and ensuring that they continue to develop profitably. The successful candidate will also engage with customers over the phone, make proactive sales telephone calls to lapsed accounts, potential new customers, chasing of quotations, and maximise with add-on sales. Within the role you will actively learn about the products and services offered, accurately take and input orders onto the system, and liaise with other suppliers/distributors. In this position you will also be expected to Regularly engage with external teams and undertake any other reasonable duties within your capabilities as an Internal Sales Coordinator.The successful candidate will require:
- GCSE Mathematics and English (preferable)
- Good data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good level of numeracy and IT skills
- Previous internal sales experience
- Sales experience in a construction related distribution (preferable)
- Industry knowledge (preferable)
- Kerridge computer system (preferable)
