The Opportunity

Work hours: 9am - 6pm

Adecco is partnering with an established MNC in the automotive industry, and they are looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager to join their team! The Senior Business Development Executive will be the main point of contact for their clients, which mostly consists of distributors. You will be working on managing distribution channels, building networks and expanding the business within the APAC region.The Job

Engage with distributors to acquire business insights, including targets, and collaboratively devise prompt action plans.
Analyze obtained data to craft actionable strategies and convincingly present their advantages to distributors.
Conduct on-site visits to client locations alongside distributors to facilitate the execution of proposed action items.
Gather market feedback and monitor competitors' activities to uphold market standards, promptly addressing any identified issues.
Conduct assessments on market prices and procurement costs to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
Coordinate with suppliers to secure assistance in ensuring product quality, cost competitiveness, and the execution of sales campaigns.

The Talent

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Automotive industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Outgoing and passionate in Automotive industry.
Willing to travel within the SEA Region.
