As a Personal Assistant in our fast-paced environment, you'll be a key member based in the heart of our operations, providing crucial support to our international Director and the team. Your role will be diverse, requiring impeccable organisational skills, exceptional time management, and excellent writing skills.Key responsibilities will include:
Provide high-level personal assistance and ensure the smooth running of the Director's dayto-day work schedule
Provide various administrative support services (i.e. managing reimbursements and other expenses) to the Director of International and the leadership team with efficiency and accuracy
Being the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
Reviewing data and compiling reports as needed
Managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses
About you
Proven experience in a high-pressure administrative role in a diverse environment.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office
High-level communication (oral and written) skills to present information clearly and concisely
Proven to be a positive and professional team player
